Goth Diet 2005/6
ok, so i have done well at drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. now i drink many many more (and pee far too often!)
so i want to work on eating enough fruit and veg now as well. does anyone know a good guide for how much is a portion? because i have no idea. i can tell with the bigger fruit, an apple or a glass of oj would be a portion, but what about brussels, or peas? how much is a portion? any help?
