Goth Diet 2005/6
so before i run off to watch richard hammond (that boy is EVERYWHERE!)|
ive lost 5 pounds this week (over two weeks)
whcih i am pleased with! esp as i didn't go to the gym for a week (had bad cold) and did over eat a few days. so basically, i think i can say, gym good! it builds muscle so even when you ca't go for a bit, you still burn more calories than you did before :)
so yeah. me happy! hopefully if i can keep going at this rate i will be my ideal weight by may and my birthday!
