Goth Diet 2005/6
this diet isn't going well! last week i pigged out, today i pigged out (had some news that made me sad) i still gym and diet around it, so im not gaining weight but i've only rally lost a pound the last 2 months! and i have whitby next week and my birthday in 3 after that, so its hard to be totally good when i can see a break coming again|
i need some quick fixes! anyone got any suggestions. i don't want to crash diet, but i need to loose a bit of weight fast so that i will feel more motivated to keep going because loosing a pound makes me think, fuck it!
