Goth Diet 2005/6
Ok I have been steering clear of updating or anything for a while as i have been having a rough patch and i find this can sometimes trigger some crazy eating behaviour. |
But for 3 weeks now i have been doing slimming world.
What I eat:
Brekkie: 2 slices wholemeal toast w marg & muller light yoghurt over fruit
Lunch: Muller light yoghurt & fruit, maybe some rice or couscous
Dinner: Biig plate of pasta with vegetable and a tomato sauce with 28g of cheese.
Snacks: Fruit, yoghurt
Drinks: 3 cups tea (350ml skimmed milk), water, diet pop.
Sins: Biscuit or two, half an icecream ben and jerrys cookie (the most evil things!)
In addition i have reduced drinking to 2 sessions a week, and am going to the gym 2 times a week, and trying to walk to work.
